Clean the surface of the shaft cone with gasoline or WD40 cleaning agent before loading the knife.

③Place the chuck in the pressure cap, turn the clamp spring slightly, wait until the eccentric part of the pressure cap retracts into the groove of the chuck, and push the chuck evenly in the direction of the arrow to attach it to the pressure cap.

④Attach the chuck and pressure cap together to the spindle of the machine, clean the cylindrical shank of the tool and place it in the holding hole. After making sure that the chuck and tool are aligned, screw in the pressure cap by hand. Then use a wrench to evenly tighten the pressure caps until the tool is firmly seated before use.

⑤To loosen the knife, use a wrench to turn the pressure cap in the opposite direction. If the chuck needs to be replaced, loosen the pressure cap, pull out the chuck and tool, remove the tool, push the chuck in the direction of the arrow to push it out, and replace it if necessary. You can use chucks with other openings.
